Finally a race with a little 'sunshine. Good feelings, despite the now perennial discomfort in his right foot; r itmo bland, thanks to the toxins of the Marathon of Salsomaggiore Sunday afternoon, not yet disposed of completely.
Today last exit for my Nike Air Vomero 4: have too many miles behind us now, while the gallop in the Asics Nimbus 12 shoe and have successfully passed the first exit for 12 miles on Tuesday.
