December 2010 running. 2010, a year of racing

There was a bang finish. December travel yes, but that effort!
Only 11 outputs, including:
- 7 releases from 12 km
- 3 out of 21 mile
- 1 out of 30 km
for a total of 177.27 kilometers.
Last exit in December, the day after Christmas. An intestinal virus and organizational problems have in fact made it impossible to run between 27 and 31 December.
the same time, however, I did not miss - like many - the many gourmet restaurants and endless; to the recipe, less miles and more food produced within a few days the dramatic increase of more than 3 kg.
Not bad! I had expected and after the Epiphany will get my head straight and start with the right pace (at least I hope so).

For the moment I'm enjoying the holiday period, with no regrets and anxieties of mind.

Returning to the miles of travel, with December closing a 2010 race, very intense.

km traveled a total of 2310.87, compared with 1941.80 km in 2009, a good growth year over year, yet little for those who want to think big (some ultramarathon, preferably a one hundred kilometers).

2011 What is it? I have not planned objectives of this new year, even those in the first half, I'll do it as soon as possible, only keeping in mind the goal is possible to have a coherent plan and proceed expeditiously to achieve the desired result.
